Kindly read the following instructions carefully before filling up the form. 
 
• Enter mobile no., then click on Generate code option for password. Password will be sent to the same  mobile no. within 2-3 minutes. This password will be used for login.
 
• Fill up the form in CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.
 
• Keep details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI ready for online payment of Registration Charges for class Upto class-IX   ₹250/- and for Class-XI (Sci & Comm.)  - Rs. 500/-.  
 
 
• If the filled registration form is not displayed on the screen after the payment, kindly e-mail your query at [email protected].

•  Relaxation upto 30 days in the minimum and maximum age has been given as per DOE guidelines(Only for classes Pre-Primary and I).  


• Transport facility is available on existing routes and stops only.
 
• Transport facility will be provided only after guidelines are issued by concerned authorities.
 
•Registered candidates will be called for an interaction in the school. Date will be notified on registered mobile numbers. 
 
Following Documents to be kept ready at the time of admission.
 
(i) Date of Birth Certificate of the Applicant from Municipal Corporation.
(ii) Proof of Residence - (Aadhar card (Parents & Child)/Ration Card/Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/Voter ID/Passport/Water Bill/Domicile Certificate/ Smart Card)
